With over a decade in the hair industry, Josh has mastered the art of blonde transformations, lived-in colour, and effortless, luxury hair. Originally from the north of England, his journey started at just 13, sweeping salon floors and shampooing hair—long before he became one of the most sought-after colour specialists in Sydney’s Northern Beaches.
Now, after eight years in Sydney, Josh has built a reputation for creating natural, future-proof colour that grows out beautifully. Third Year Apprentice / Emerging Stylist
Kiera has been part of Ellow since the very beginning, growing with the salon from the day our doors opened. Her warmth, natural energy, and quick wit have made her a familiar and loved presence on the salon floor, and a stylist our guests genuinely enjoy spending time with.
Now building her own clientele, Kiera is developing a strong reputation for creating rich, polished colour and beautifully finished hair. She’s also creating beautiful, high-impact blondes and balayage on the salon floor, with foiling work that is clean, bright, and seamlessly blended. Known in-salon for her smoothing work, Kiera delivers soft, sleek, frizz-free results that guests consistently love, bringing manageability and shine back into the hair.
Having worked closely alongside Josh since the beginning, Kiera continues to refine her eye for detail and technique, with a growing focus on colour perfection and elevated guest experience.

Senior Stylist
Zoe will be a familiar face to many, with a history working alongside Josh that has grown into a seamless, trusted creative friendship.
Known for her signature face-framing foils, flawless blowdries, and beautifully blended blondes, Zoe specialises in baby lights and seamless, natural-looking colour. Her work is soft, detailed, and intentionally designed to enhance each guest’s features while remaining wearable and low maintenance.
Zoe brings a grounded, calm energy to the salon. Her appointments are relaxed, hair focused, and guided by thoughtful consultations so every guest feels heard, understood, and confident in their result.

Senior Stylist
We are so excited to welcome Gemma to Ellow The Salon on Sydney’s Northern Beaches.
Originally from Essex, UK, Gemma has been living in Australia for over 10 years and brings 13 years of industry experience across all areas of hair. She is a true all-rounder, known for creating effortless, wearable colour, polished cuts, and hair that feels natural, healthy and elevated.
Gemma’s approach is calm, considered, and deeply client focused. Every appointment is designed to feel relaxed, un-rushed, and intentional, with a strong focus on consultation, hair integrity, and results that grow out beautifully.
From blondes and brunettes to dimensional colour, glossing, cutting and styling, Gemma blends technical skill with an intuitive eye for what suits each guest. Her goal is simple. Hair that feels like you, only better.

Summer
Emerging Stylist / 1st Year Apprentice
Summer is Ellow’s apprentice stylist and a vibrant part of the team. She brings a fun, warm energy into the salon and is known for her beautiful, bouncy blowdries that leave hair feeling polished and full of life.
With a naturally engaging personality, Summer creates an easy, relaxed experience for every guest and is someone who will have you smiling from the moment you sit in her chair.
Currently training across all areas of hair, Summer is building her skills in blowdries, treatments, colour assistance, and foiling, while learning the Ellow way of delivering a premium, thoughtful experience. She is developing strong foundations with a focus on consistency, technique, and attention to detail.
Summer’s time in the salon is centred around learning, refining her craft, and supporting the team to ensure every appointment feels seamless and elevated.
