Your appointment at Ellow The SALON can range from one hour to up to six hours for a full colour transformation, so we recommend planning ahead, parking with ease, and settling in for a relaxed, uninterrupted experience.

To enhance your time with us, we offer a complimentary menu of curated beverages and refined snacks. If you’re balancing a busy schedule, you’re welcome to bring your laptop and work comfortably from our colour table while your stylist focuses on creating your hair.

We’re also located beside Wilbur’s Deli, a local favourite here in Brookvale, perfect for a fresh sandwich before or during your visit.

To preserve the calm, considered environment Ellow is known for, we kindly ask that appointments remain an adults-only space. While we love your little ones, the salon is designed to be a place for you to fully switch off and enjoy a moment to yourself.

Every appointment begins with an in-depth consultation. Your stylist will walk you through your personalised colour or hair service, provide a transparent quote, and outline the time required so you feel completely confident in your experience.

Ellow The SALON is located at 1B/10–12 Roger Street, Brookvale, alongside our neighbours at Brotherhood Barber Studio & delicious Wilburs Deli, just four doors up from Chemist Warehouse Brookvale.

We’re a short four minute walk from the Warringah Mall B-Line bus stop. If you’re driving, there is up to three hours of free parking at Warringah Mall, as well as street parking available on Roger Street, Dale Street and surrounding residential streets. For longer colour appointments, we recommend parking at Warringah Mall for ease.

If you’re new to the area, we suggest allowing an extra 10 to 15 minutes to park and walk over, so you can arrive feeling relaxed and on time.

A non-refundable booking fee of $75.00 will be taken for all appointments. This will go towards the cost of your appointment. If you reschedule or cancel your appointment 48 hours prior to your booking, the fee will rollover to your next appointment. However, if you reschedule or cancel with 48 hours of your appointment, or you do not show, you forfeit the booking fee entirely.

Kindly be aware that cancelling your appointment 12 hours before requires a 50% payment of the missed appointment, before any future appointments can be rebooked, canceling your appointment on the day or not turning up for your appointment requires a 100% payment for the missed service before any future appointments are booked.
